Weightlifting

Weight

Focus on developing strength and power while having a blast weightlifting. This class also offers a competitor the chance for more volume and skill development with gymnastics.

 

BootCamp

We offer a Bootcamp program suitable for any age or athletic background; experienced or novice athletes. Similar to CrossFit, still scale-able to any level and incorporating slightly different or varied movements. This program runs in sessions for 6 weeks, offering a great gateway into CrossFit, or a program all in it’s own.
